Human Resource ManagementMore than a human resource initiative, employee engagement is a talent management strategy that can drive performance outcomes, such as productivity, profitability, and return to shareholders. This seminar: a) introduces the concept of employee engagement and its role in the management of human capital; b) highlights the business impact of employee engagement; and c) offers tools for designing, implementing, and executing an engagement strategy; and d) encourages participants to think strategically about leveraging engagements for the achievement of business goals in their organizations.
